Director of Community Development Mark McGovern and Economic Development Specialist Kristen Gorski will give an overview of changes coming to West Hartford over the next year at the Chamber of Commerce’s annual “Economic Development Update.”

In what is always an exciting and informative presentation, McGovern and Gorski will review development that happened during 2017-18, and provide updates on current construction projects and what can be expected in the coming months. All areas of town are experiencing commercial and residential growth.

Questions will be taken at the conclusion of the presentation.

The annual Economic Development luncheon will be held on Thursday, April 26, at Wampanoag Country Club, 60 Wampanoag Dr., from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.

This event includes a buffet lunch before the presentation. The luncheon is open to the public, but registration is required. This is historically a sold-out event.
