The West Hartford Chamber of Commerce’s Economic Development Committee is sponsoring a forum for local candidates to discuss issues relating to the town and state economy.

According to Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Barbara Lerner, as of Tuesday, Oct 11, the following candidates have indicated that they will be attending: Andy Fleischmann, Rob Levine, Chris Barnes, and Derek Slap.

“This is the perfect opportunity to hear in a small forum what the candidates have to say,” Lerner said in an email.

The forum is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 18, at 8 a.m. in the café at Atria Senior Living, One Hamilton Heights Dr., West Hartford. Light breakfast will be served.

The event is free for Chamber of Commerce members and $10 for non-members.
