The public is invited to attend a conversation on Sustainable Snow Removal with West Hartford Director of Public Works John Phillips.

Come learn about the town’s snow removal practices and policies, and how best to manage snow at home. The event takes place at Town Hall, Room 314, on Monday, Feb. 23, from 6 to 7 p.m. Q&A will follow the presentation.
