West Hartford Police Ask Public’s Help in Identifying Voyeurism Suspect

The West Hartford Police Department has shared images of an individual suspected in taking photos of people inside dressing rooms.

West Hartford Police released images Tuesday related to an ongoing investigation of voyeurism, and are asking the public to assist in providing any information that may lead to identifying a suspect.
The individual in the photos is believed to be have taken photos of unsuspecting people inside dressing rooms without their knowledge and/or consent, police said. The complaint has been under investigation since Sept. 14, 2024.
In an email Tuesday, Lt. Ryan Riley provided photos of both an individual and the vehicle the suspect was believed to be driving.
“We are seeking assistance from our community members in identifying and locating the below pictured individual, along with the vehicle they were believed to be operating at the time. The vehicle appears similar to a 2003-2007 Toyota Highlander, gray/silver in color, with a noticeable dent in the front driver side corner under the headlight. The registration on the vehicle is unknown,” the email said.
The incident remains under investigation by the West Hartford Police Department’s Detective Division.
