On Thursday July 23, 2015, the West Hartford Republican Town Committee nominated Town Council and Board of Education candidates for the November 2015 municipal election.

Denise Hall and Chris Barnes will seek re-election to the council and Mark Zydanowicz will seek re-election to the board.  First-time candidates, Chris Williams and Bill McCarthy, will seek election to the council.

“We have an excellent group of candidates.  I am grateful to them for taking time away from family and work to run.  They are passionate about improving the town and our schools, and being advocates for parents and residents.  They are committed to working hard throughout the campaign season  to carry their message to voters,” said Peter J. Martin, chairman of the Republican Town Committee.
