West Hartford Students Honored by American Legion

American Legion 2020 Certificates of Distinguished Achievement have been presented to high school and middle school students in West Hartford.

American Legion Hayes-Velhage Post 96 has awarded its 2020 School Certificates of Distinguished Achievement for 2020.
The awards, which are presented annually, recognizes students who posses high qualities of: Courage, Honor, Leadership, Patriotism, Scholarship, and Service.
