Pack a picnic lunch and enjoy Pops & Light Classical music from the WHSO. This free concert will be held at noon on the Kingswood Oxford Green off Outlook Avenue, is a “Valentine” to the town of West Hartford sponsored by Kingswood Oxford School.

There is NO rain date, so pack the blankets & chairs and pray for clear skies. The entertainment is on us!

In addition to music from Broadway and popular movie themes, WHSO will perform light classical music and marches. Sounds guaranteed to lift your spirits and provide for a wonderful outing on the park-like green of Kingswood Oxford.

Founded in 2002, the WHSO is composed entirely of volunteer musicians providing Classical, Holiday and Pops throughout the year. Conductor Richard Chiarappa is a co-founder of the orchestra. Additional information is available by contacting the Conductor, the Public Relations Director, or by visiting WHSO.org.
