West Hartford Women in Networking invites women to to their January meeting which will be in person at Chatfield / Brookdale, One Chatfield Drive, West Hartford, on Thursday, Jan. 3o, 2025, from 7:30-9:30 a.m.

The networking meeting will feature special guest Jessica Alejandro of WholeHeart Healing, LLC in Middlefield, CT.

The topic will be Holistic Healing: Combining Energy Healing, Sound Healing, and Meditation:

• Unlock a deeper level of transformation by integrating the mind, body, and spirit.
• Reduce Stress: Sound healing’s soothing vibrations calm the nervous system and promote relaxation, while meditation anchors you in the present moment, creating peace and clarity.
• Boost Emotional Resilience: Combining these modalities enhances self-awareness, confidence, and the ability to navigate life’s challenges with grace.
• Enhance Creativity and Focus: Clear mental clutter and reconnect with your inner wisdom through the power of sound and mindfulness practices.

West Hartford Women in Networking welcomes interested women to join us for our January in-person meeting. We will introduce ourselves, network and have a multi-faceted healing experience. Feel free to wear comfortable clothes. The fee to attend is $2.

The meeting will also include introductions, announcements, and lots of networking. For 14 years, WWIN has been offering opportunities that empower and connect women.

The meeting room is on downstairs, to the left, when entering Chatfield. The address is One Chatfield Drive, and the building is located on New Britain Avenue.

About our guest speaker:

Jessica Alejandro is a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist, Shamanic Reiki master Teacher, Sound Healer, Crystal Dreaming teacher and Facilitator of Breathwork, Family Constellations and Ancestral Healing Retreats. She started her career in child protection services and then became a certified forensic interviewer. She worked with families in crisis and later worked in the corporate world at an administrative services organization which managed mental health services for the Medicaid population in Connecticut. Alejandro started working in private practice, part-time, 12 years ago at a group practice and in 2016 she started her own independent private practice, WholeHeart Healing, LLC in Middlefield, CT.
