West Hartford Women in Networking invites women from across the region to their February meeting. Since 2011, WWIN has been offering opportunities that empower and connect women.

Thursday’s meeting will feature guest speaker Heather Diemond Labbe.

“Self-care is like laundry every person has a unique set of instructions related to living their best life, but figuring out how to take care of ourselves can feel like a daunting task,” Labbe says. She offers a unique and lighthearted approach that will help anyone create an easy to follow, strategic plan to lift up those around them but putting themselves at the top of the “to-do” list!

Labbe is the membership and wellness Director for YWCA New Britain, a certified personal trainer who specializes in weight loss, functional fitness, and cancer survivor wellness programming, mother of three young adults, and wife of 25 years to a big city police sergeant. She loves to help people at every life stage create positive lifestyle choices that lead to long term change for optimal living in body, mind, and spirit.

Labbe will speak to the West Hartford Women in Networking on Thursday, Feb. 27, from 7:30-9:30 a.m., at Chatfield/Brookdale, One Chatfield Dr., West Hartford, CT.

The meeting will also include introductions, networking, door prizes, and breakfast snacks. There will be a display table, and attendees are welcome to bring business cards, brochures, etc. New attendees are welcome and there is no membership fee. The meeting cost is $2 person.

An RSVP for headcount is appreciated. For further information visit www.westhartfordwomeninnetworking.com or Dianne Rechel dianne.rechel@westhartfordwomeninnetworking.com or 860-573-3501.
