The 2017 WHYBL ‘Man of the Year’ was honored recently.

Joseph “Butch” Surwillo, owner of Mr. Trophy of Hartford was recently honored by the West Hartford Youth Basketball League as recipient of it’s 2017 “Man of the Year” Award.

Surwillo is shown receiving the honor with league President Mark Jamin and Vice President Michael Gualtieri.

Mr. Trophy has been a valuable partner to the league for over 30 years.
