The Noah Webster Library in West Hartford is an enrollment center for Access Health CT.

Open enrollment is ongoing through Dec. 15, and Access Health CT has a location for members of the West Hartford community to sign up for health insurance.
Enrollment can be done at the Noah Webster Library,20 South Main St., West Hartford. Hours are Monday through Thursday from 10:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m., and Friday from 10:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Representatives will be on hand to respond to questions.
Open enrollment ends on Dec. 15.
A 20 percent discount is being offered through Lyft for all who require a ride to the enrollment location, or a nearby enrollment fair. Use the code: WESTHARTFORDOE to receive the discount.
