West Hartford’s honors chamber orchestra, I Giovani Solisti, will hold its annual Chocolate Café onSaturday, Feb. 25, 2017, at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. in the Town Hall Auditorium. The annual performance features the most advanced high school string players from Hall and Conard high schools.
I Giovani Solisti, which was founded in 1983, holds the annual Chocolate Café as the both the group’s largest local performance event of the year and its major fundraiser.
Special guest artists this year include the West Hartford Inter-Elementary Orchestra (2 p.m. show), Sedgwick First String (7 p.m. show), and both performances feature the newest Hall and Conard Chamber Orchestra, Camerata.
In addition to fantastic music, cake, coffee and tea will be served, and is included with the price of admission.
