Ballet Theatre Company will present the final performance of the season at its gala, The Ballet Soirée, on June 25, 2022, in the West Hartford Town Hall Auditorium, and welcomes fans of ballet to join in this midsummer evening of fun.

Attendees of this philanthropic and joyous event will celebrate Greater Hartford’s premier ballet. The Soirée features a signature cocktail by Hartford Flavor Company, conversations with artistic staff, choreographers and dancers, and a special performance by BTC’s dancers.

For the dance portion of the evening, BTC’s Company Dancers in Residence and Junior Corps de Ballet will perform a carefully curated program of repertoire from the season. One piece, in particular, Melodies, is being showcased at this year’s Soirée to honor our Executive Director Tracy Dorman’s extraordinary legacy. For ballet fans, new and familiar, the Company will perform excerpts from Don Quixote.

The Soirée will raise vital funds for the Company and its outreach programs, and offer members of the Encore Society a unique opportunity to celebrate the Company, its professional ballet dancers, and all the generous patrons who support the Ballet. We warmly welcome current Encore Society members to attend this spring-time celebration of the end of the season and encourage members to invite friends and family to make it a real party!

Tickets are now on sale for $125 (tickets are $100 for Encore Society members). Additionally, Table Sponsorship is available for $1,000. Please purchase tickets or a table before June 15.

Sponsors Doug Eicher and Bonnie Mills offer a matching sponsorship challange of $10,000. Purchasing a table for $1,000 goes to the matching-gift challenge. All proceeds benefit BTC!

The 2022 Soirée will be held at the West Hartford Town Hall Ballroom. This spacious venue includes a full stage where guests will enjoy BTC’s live dance performance.
