The votes are in … and the top vote getters for the Seventh Annual Best of West Hartford awards will be revealed at a celebratory evening to be held at the Mandell Jewish Community Center on Monday, March 21, from 5:30-8:30 p.m.

“The COVID pandemic caused us to cancel and reschedule the event twice, but now the number of those infected – as well as the severity of the infections – are going down rapidly and we feel comfortable scheduling this fun event that the West Hartford community looks forward to with great anticipation each year,” said Tom Hickey, president of 20/20 Media, sponsor of the 2021 Best of West Hartford event.

According to Hickey, more than 150 finalists were in the running for the 2021 “Best of …” title in a wide variety of categories, and the number of those voting for their favorites has been overwhelming. Winners will be presented with their award at the March 21 event – the largest business-to-business networking event of the year.

Tickets to Best of West Hartford are $40, which entitles attendees to enjoy heavy apps, charcuterie, and crudite by Michael’s Catering. Cash full bar will be provided by bartenders extraordinaire Two Pour Guys.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit the West Hartford Chamber of Commerce Business Associations. Guests are also urged to bring a non-perishable food item to be donated to the West Hartford Seniors Food Bank.

Proof of vaccination will be required, in accordance with JCC and local COVID guidelines.
