The West Hartford Public Library is hosting a fun run for kids ages 2-12 on Saturday, July 11, 2026.

Children ages 2 to 12 are invited to lace up their sneakers and participate in the West Hartford Library’s Book It! fun run at Sterling Field on Saturday, July 11.

Races include:

• Toddler Dash (100 meters) at 10 a.m.
• Quarter-mile race at 10:15 a.m.
• 1-mile race at 10:30 a.m.

All registered runners will receive a special gift. Registration is required. Call the library at 860-561-6980 or visit the West Hartford Library website.

Sterling Field is located adjacent to Charter Oak International Academy, 356 Price Boulevard, West Hartford. This program is for children and their caregivers.
