West Hartford’s Bristow Middle School will present four performances of ‘Shrek” with the show opening Thursday, March 23, 2023.

Beauty is in the eye of the ogre in “Shrek The Musical JR.,” based on the Oscar-winning DreamWorks Animation film and fantastic Broadway musical.
It’s a “big bright beautiful world” as everyone’s favorite ogre, Shrek, leads a cast of fairytale misfits on an adventure to rescue a princess and find true acceptance. Part romance and part twisted fairy tale, “Shrek JR”. is an irreverently fun show with a powerful message for the whole family.
Tickets are available online for performances in the auditorium at Bristow Middle School, 34 Highland Street, West Hartford.
Show times are Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, March 23-25, at 7 p.m. A matinee will be performed at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 25.
