Conard and Hall Fall Sports Teams Head to CIAC Tournaments

Multiple teams from West Hartford’s Conard and Hall high schools will participate in Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference (CIAC) state tournaments beginning Monday, Nov. 7.

The CIAC has released its brackets and schedules for the fall sports state tournaments. Several teams from both Conard and Hall High Schools will have a shot at winning titles this year. Here is a look at their openings contests.

FIELD HOCKEY:

#5 Hall hosts #12 Amity at 6 p.m., Nov. 9

#9 Conard at #8 Greenwich at 2 p.m., Nov. 9

BOYS SOCCER:

#2 Hall hosts #31 Ridgefield at 6 p.m., Nov. 7

#22 Conard at #11 Darien at 2 p.m., Nov. 7

GIRLS SOCCER:

#22 Hall at #11 McMahon at 4 p.m., Nov. 8

*Conard did not qualify

GIRLS VOLLEYBALL:

#4 Conard has 1st Round Bye; Hosts winner of Staples/Wilton, at 6 p.m., Nov. 10

#26 Hall at #7 Amity at 6 p.m., Nov. 8

GIRLS SWIMMING:

Hall at Class L Trials, 11:15 a.m., Nov. 12 at Cornerstone

Conard at Class LL Trials, 4:30 p.m., Nov. 12 at Cornerstone
