The JustFaith Social Justice Ministry of Holy Family Retreat Center invites the public to join in for a celebration of spring on May 20 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the Holy Family campus in West Hartford.
Cary Gaunt and Colleen Mollica will lead a program of enrichment, enjoyment of nature, prayer, and reflection at Holy Family’s beautiful new outdoor pavilion. Titled “Cultivating Hope,” the program will focus on remaining resilient in troubled times while being pollinators of change for the common good.
“We will come together to celebrate spring’s creative emergence and the signs of renewal around us and in our own lives. As a community, we’ll experience nature in new ways and learn from wisdom teachers across traditions,” said co-presenters Cary Gaunt and Colleen Mollica.
Cary Gaunt, Ph.D., is an eco-spirituality scholar, teacher, and guide who offers retreats, workshops, and nature-based spiritual formation programs throughout the country.
