The West Hartford Police and Connecticut State Police will be conducting a DWI checkpoint on Jan. 2, 2015. The checkpoint will be on the on-ramp to I-84 from Park Road and will run from about 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. on Jan. 3, 2015.
The checkpoint is part of a comprehensive DWI enforcement program in West Hartford. The enforcement details are funded in part by the Connecticut Department of Transportation Highway Safety Office.
All motorists are reminded to drive safely this holiday season.
