Electric Vehicle ‘Meet and Greet’ Planned for West Hartford

Electric vehicles will be on display and information will be provided at an event at West Hartford Town Hall own Sunday, June 20.

The Town of West Hartford Clean Energy Commission and the Capital Clean Cities of Connecticut are holding a free Electric Vehicle Meet & Greet open house on Sunday, June 20, noon-4 p.m., in the Town Hall parking lot, 50 South Main Street.

The event features a variety of cars including Volkswagen ID.4, Ford F-150 Lightning, Volvo XC40 Recharge and Ford Mustang Mach-E.

  • Can I charge the car at home?
  • Do I have to use certain chargers?
  • How long does it take for a full charge?
  • How far can I drive on a full charge?
  • Is the driving experience any different?
