Westmoor Park on Flagg Road in West Hartford was the place to be for people of all ages on Saturday.

The park’s annual Farm Day held fun for all, with several hands-on activities for kids to learn about the farm and its plants and animals.

Members of Westmoor’s 4-H club were scattered around the premises making sure everything went smoothly, and that everyone got a chance to see the animals. Opportunities to pet baby goats and hold a chicken were far and wide, and visitors also had a chance to learn about planting seeds, hear live music, play games, buy some fresh-squeezed lemonade, and play in a big pile of hay.
