Fashion Week will be celebrated in West Hartford this fall, with the latest trends showcased on the runway in the inaugural “The Look” event planned for the Town Hall auditorium on Oct. 11, 2025. The event will also be a fundraiser for the Susan G. Komen Foundation.

The event is the inspiration of Tina Kiniry, an acclaimed agent who relocated her business, TK Management, to West Hartford Center in 2023. Kiniry – a Connecticut native who got her start when her mother signed her up for modeling classes but she instead ended up working for the company – has nearly 40 years of experience successfully discovering, developing, and representing models and actors, and building connections in locations throughout the world where she has placed talent.

“I’m really excited to host this event together with my team and an impressive roster of incredible models,” Kiniry said. “It will be a one-of-a-kind fashion event to help support the local models and up-and-coming designers.”

Kiniry said the event will showcase models from TK Management, influential industry professionals, and fashions from local independent designers and clothiers.

The list of designers thus far includes Ecoforia, Sia Dezigns, On the Go with Princess O, Toriana Sauro, Sarah Landry Designs, We Wear Guay, and Crunchy Diva.

Kiniry also plans a segment recognizing local boutiques, and plans to include segments with survivors and those impacted by breast cancer, as well as members of the disability community. Bohdii Boutique, Daswani Clothiers, and Kimberly Boutique are among the West Hartford shops that plan to participate.

The Look will take place on Saturday, Oct. 11, 2025, with doors opening at 6:15 p.m. and  the show beginning at 6:45 p.m., at the West Hartford Town Hall Auditorium, 50 South Main Street. Tickets begin at $50, and can be purchased here.

“This in-person event is perfect for all fashion enthusiasts looking to elevate their wardrobe game,” the event website states. “Don’t miss out on this opportunity to mingle with fellow fashionistas and discover your next favorite outfit!”

Some of TK Management’s prior discoveries include Adaora Akubilo, Haddy Ndure, Paula Pavkov, and Emily DiDonato. Kiniry also noted that her clients have worked with many top global brands including MAC Cosmetics, Forever 21, Banana Republic, Laura Mercier, Cover Girl, Maybelline, Puma, Vineyard Vines, Victoria’s Secret, and Oscar De La Renta.
