Young professionals are invited to join the Future Leaders of West Hartford for a trivia night on April 10 to benefit The Bridge Family Center.

Young professionals are encourage to test their knowledge of the 1990s and first decade of the 21st century at the the Future Leaders of West Hartford (FLOW) and compete in “Trivia for a Cause” on April 10, beginning at 7 p.m. at Effie’s Place, 91 Park Rd.
“FLOW is excited to offer a unique event, where attendees will try their hand at 90s and 2000s themed trivia while raising money for The Bridge, an engaged local nonprofit that provides a wide range of services for children and families throughout Greater Hartford,” said FLOW President Kristen Gorski. One-hundred percent of the proceeds will be given as a donation to The Bridge to help support their mission.”
West Hartford Chamber Executive Director Chris Conway, a former trivia host, will offer blast-from-the-past trivia as emcee of the event.
The cost to attend is $25 person, and people are encouraged to register in teams of four. Anyone who registers without a team will be placed on one.
Admission includes happy hour appetizers and the first drink.
“You do not need to be a FLOW member to attend this event, and we encourage all young professionals who live, work, play in West Hartford to join us,” Gorski said.
Gorski said that prizes, which have all been donated, will be given to the winner of each round and include tickets to We-Ha HA comedy and Playhouse on Park, admission to Skeleton Key, services at Balance Massage Therapy, and passes to the Mandell JCC.
The grand prize – a Hartford Yard Goats package including four-box seat tickets, free parking, access to the YG Club and Yard Goats swag – has been donated by Coursey & Company.
Doors will open at 6:30 p.m., and trivia will begin at 7 p.m. Click here to register.
