Friends of Conard Hockey is pleased to announce the first Annual Conard Hockey Alumni Game & Fundraiser. The goal is to make the event a Thanksgiving Weekend celebration for not only past and present Conard Hockey families, but also the West Hartford community.
The game will be held at Veteran’s Memorial Rink on Saturday, Nov. 28, 2015, at 1 p.m., and the fundraiser will follow from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. at the American Legion Hayes-Velhage Post 96 at 45 Raymond Rd., West Hartford. Admission is $60 for adults, $50 for college students, and $40 to attend one event only. Registration information is found on the PDF document below and the deadline has been extended.
The alumni game and fundraiser supports the Scholarship Fund in memory of Lt. Lawrence Philippon, a 2001 Conard High School graduate. Larry was a Chieftain hockey goaltender and a lacrosse player for Hall of Fame Coach Bill Condon.
