The Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA), a national company that works on character building and leadership development of athletes, came to Hall and Conard over the last two weeks to work with our Spring 2015 and Fall 2015 captains.
Student-athletes at Hall met on March 5 and at Conard on March 12, to engage in discussions and activities about goal-setting, team-building, being a competitor, sportsmanship, and becoming positive leaders.
This leadership seminar was a continuation of the West Hartford athletic department’s relationship with the PCA community to continue to enhance our students’ and coaches’ development.
