Trying to get healthy but not sure what to eat? Learn all about gluten-free and paleo cooking and baking in a new series of cooking classes led by West Hartford’s healthy eating coach, Ayelet Connell, PhD.

In these classes, which are taking place at Cookshop Plus in West Hartford Center, Ayelet will teach you how to cook multiple dishes while explaining the ins & outs of gluten-free and paleo along with the many health benefits. Participants will help prepare a delicious paleo-friendly, gluten-free meal & dessert during each class.

Connell is the creator of “Healthy Eating Made Simple,” a one-on-one nutritional coaching program that is designed for people interested in learning about eating healthy, but aren’t sure where or how to begin and need a “kickstart.” She teaches students about which foods to avoid and which foods make you thrive.

“To make better choices in what we eat, we need to have the knowledge of what the best food choices are,” Connell says. “Let me hold your hand as you navigate these often overwhelming waters of shifting your food lifestyle!”

Choose from the two menus below, or take both classes. Space is limited, so be sure to sign up soon.
