Kids Can ‘Splash, Pedal, and Dash’ at JCC Triathlon

The Mandell JCC’s 8th Annual Kids Triathlon will be held on Sunday, May 31.

Kids can have triple the fun with a swim, bike, and run at the 8th Annual Kids Triathlon Challenge on Sunday, May 31, 2015 at 3:30 p.m. at the Mandell JCC, Zachs Campus, 335 Bloomfield Avenue, West Hartford, CT.

Kids will compete in three different age groups: 6-8 year-olds, who will swim 25/75 yards, bike 1 mile, and run a quarter mile; 9-10 year-olds, will swim 50/150 yards, bike 2 miles, and run a half mile; and 11-13 year-olds, will swim 100/200 yards, bike 3 miles, and run 1 mile. Each participant will receive a t-shirt and medal.

Fees for the 8th Annual Kids Triathlon Challenge are $18 for Mandell JCC members and $25 for community participants. Registration closes May 27, 2015.
