West Hartford Board of Education,

The idea of freedom of speech is one of the great freedoms we have in this country. I am completely disgusted about this proposed changes to section 8355 severely limiting our opportunity to speak out and taking the voice away from the residents of this town.

Lastly you are the Board of Education what are we teaching our children.
