To the Editor:
I write in support of Jillian Gilchrest for the 18th district seat. Jillian exemplifies what is most important in a candidate – she is hard-working, caring, and leads by example. Her credentials as an activist and voice for equality have been well documented throughout her career and campaign.
I grew up in the district, and four years ago decided to buy my own home here. Jillian and I first met on the Town Committee and quickly bonded over how to include more young people, both students and professionals, in our process. Since declaring her candidacy I’ve seen Jillian inspire a new wave of voters throughout the district. Her tireless efforts on the campaign have been unmatched, and I know she will continue to serve with that passion. I strongly encourage all voters in the 18th district to cast their ballots for Jillian on November 6th.
