LIFER Fitness Studio To Host Free Outdoor Fitness Classes in Blue Back Square


Reservations are being taken for LIFER Fitness Studio’s third annual free outdoor cycle classes in West Hartford’s Blue Back Square.


LIFER Fitness Studio is hosting free, outdoor group fitness classes for the West Hartford community. Stationary cycle classes will be held at Webster Walk on Isham Road in Blue Back Square on Friday, Sept. 29, at 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.

Join LIFER Fitness Studio in hosting their third annual, outdoor cycle classes in Blue Back Square. Ride outside on the ‘Keiser M3i series’ stationary cycle bike for a 50-minute workout with LIFER instructors.

Music will be provided by a live DJ!

The classes are Open to the public and admission is free.

Bike reservations are required and spectators are welcome.
