‘Living with Intention’ Series Continues with Focus on Embracing Spirituality

Local Experts Dr. Maria Sirois and Rabbi Ilana Garber of West Hartford’s Beth El Temple will lead the conversation on ‘Embracing Your Spirituality’ as part of the ‘Living with Intention’ series.

Join the Women’s Philanthropy Division of the Jewish Federation of Greater Hartford for Embracing Your Spirituality with local experts Rabbi Ilana Garber of Beth El Temple and Dr. Maria Sirois, Psy.D., a licensed clinical psychologist who speaks often on positive psychology. She is the author of Every Day Counts: Lessons in Love, Faith and Resilience From Children Facing Illness.

You can learn more about Rabbi Ilana Garber on her blog. She is very involved in women’s programming and growing the early childhood center at Beth El, a synagogue in West Hartford. She’s also run women’s retreats and a women’s trip to Israel. She participates in Rabbis without Borders and tweets at @ilanagarber.

The event will be held in the Chase Gallery at the Mandell JCC and begins promptly at 7:30 p.m. Doors open at 7 p.m. Ticket price is $15.
