Peter Robbin is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design with degrees in both Fine Arts and Interior Architecture. Upon graduation, Peter moved to Paris and worked for a furniture designer, then honed his skills in New York City with several renowned designers: Angelo Donghia, McMillen and Noel Jeffrey.
In 1987, he moved to Connecticut to start his own interior design firm, LCR, located in the heart of West Hartford Center.
While Peter’s design philosophy is grounded in tradition, he loves a mix of classic and eclectic elements. He believes that line, style, color, texture and contrast are all important. Peter uses proportion, materials, and color to give each room a cohesive and beautiful design.
