Noah Webster House Offering February Vacation Workshops

The Noah Webster House & West Hartford Historical Society is offering ‘Fabulous February Vacation Workshops’ for kids ages 7-12.

Are you looking for something fun for your child to do during the upcoming February school break? The Noah Webster House & West Hartford Historical Society in West Hartford has four creative, hands-on workshops planned.
The workshops will run on Monday, Feb. 19 and Tuesday, Feb. 20, the days when West Hartford Public Schools and several other school systems will be on vacation.
Workshops are designed for kids ages 7 to 12 and each is three hours long. There will be a morning workshop from 9 a.m.-noon and an afternoon workshop from 1-4 p.m. each of the two school vacation days. Kids can be signed up for just one session, or can do two, three, or all four of the programs!

The Noah Webster House & West Hartford Historical Society is a cultural destination where citizens can learn to understand and appreciate the past. The museum preserves the birthplace of Noah Webster, the founding father, educator, author, and lexicographer who taught generations of Americans what it means to be American.
