The Parents’ Club of Northwest Catholic High School is thrilled to celebrate the 31st Anniversary of “Saturday Night Live!” On Saturday, Nov. 22, 2014, from 6:30 p.m. until midnight, the school halls will be bustling, with gymnasiums, auditoriums, corridors, and the cafeteria transformed into an amazing variety of entertainment venues, including an International Food Court, the Starlight Dessert Café, and the always-crowded Comedy Room, to name just a few.

This once-a-year fundraising event is not to be missed!

This year also features the return engagement of West Hartford band Lonesome Eddie and the Bird Dogs, with special guests The Brass Puppies, back by popular demand. The group will be performing in the Irish Pub all evening. In addition, the Silent Auction promises to be busy, as bidders compete for sports tickets and memorabilia, electronics, gift baskets, jewelry and more. There will also be a live auction this year, with prizes including a week in Hawaii, as well as Bruins and Red Sox tickets.

All adults age 21 and older are invited to attend. For tickets ($25 in advance, $30 at the door), visit www.NorthwestCatholic.org/SNLTickets or contact Jane Leary at [email protected] or 860-236-4221, x131. For opportunities to become a Saturday Night Live room sponsor, patron, or advertiser, to donate goods or services to the Silent Auction, or for more information about the event, visit www.NorthwestCatholic.org/SNL.

Since 1961, Northwest Catholic’s mission has been to educate the whole person: mind, body, spirit, and soul. Enrollment for the Class of ’19 is now under way, and prospective students are invited to the Open House at Northwest Catholic on November 9, 2014. For more information, contact Andrew Selig (860-236-4221, x140 or [email protected]).
