Police Looking for Suspect in Burglary of West Hartford Gun Store

West Hartford Police said a burglary was reported at Tactical Boutique early Saturday morning.

West Hartford Police responded to a burglary at Tactical Boutique, a gun shop and shooting range located at 9C Tolles Street, early Saturday morning after the business owner observed someone inside the store via a remote CCTV device.
Capt. Aaron Vafiades said an “active burglary” was reported at approximately 3:17 a.m. Saturday, but the suspect had already fled when officers arrived. Neither firearms nor ammunition were stolen during the incident, he said.
At least one suspect was observed fleeing the scene in a vehicle that police determined to have been stolen. The vehicle was located in Hartford a short time later but was unoccupied, police said.
Police said the incident remains under investigation but at this point no arrests have been made.
