Prospective & New Member Orientation for the West Hartford Senior Center

You are invited to attend the Prospective & New Member Orientation at the West Hartford Senior Center at 15 Starkel Road in Bishop’s Corner on Wednesday, April 22 at 10 a.m. Join Gina Marino, Senior Center Director, for a tour and overview of programs & services offered at the Center.

The Senior Center offers a variety of recreational activities, social services and preventative health services to the Town’s Senior Citizens. There are hundreds of activities for seniors to choose from, including classes in wellness, sports & fitness, the arts and personal development. Throughout the year, there are lectures, presentations, and numerous special events and trips. The Center also regularly offers healthy blood pressure clinics, blood sugar screenings, and much more.

Nonresidents are welcome to participate in the West Hartford Senior Center activities and become a member. The annual membership fee is $20 for residents and $30 for non-residents aged 55 or older. The Center welcomes people of any age to participate in its programs without membership.
