Special Session Agenda Set For Wednesday

The governor and the leaders of the Senate and the House have announced a 10-item agenda for the first of two special sessions, starting Wednesday.

The Senate’s session Wednesday will include, among other things, actions to prevent a tax increase, promote transparency in school construction projects, improve the business climate for financial services and insurers, and provide one of the state’s water management agencies with the authority to acquire other water companies.
