State Rep. Tammy Rush Exum has announced the launch of her re-election campaign for 19th District House seat.

State Rep. Tammy Rush Exum has announced her official run for re-election in 2022. She represents the 19th State House District, which includes parts of Avon and West Hartford.
“Today, I am excited to announce my 2022 re-election campaign for state representative of the 19th district.” Exum said. “As our community deals with an ongoing public health crisis, I want to continue to bring the voices of the people of the 19th district to the Capitol.
“As an advocate for my constituents, I am proud of my record of getting legislation passed into law with broad bipartisan support,” Exum continued. “It has been my mission to listen to community concerns, bring people together, then lead to solve and prevent problems.
“During this campaign, I look forward to continuing to connect with residents about the issues important to our district.” Exum concluded, “I hope to earn your support on Nov. 8.”
