West Hartford Center merchants and restaurants have been “decking the halls” and creating festive window displays for the enjoyment of shoppers, diners, and strollers.
Visitors to the Center have the opportunity to VOTE for their favorite here on We-Ha.com! The contest begins when the West Hartford Holiday Stroll kicks off, at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 4. Voting will end at 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 9.
