Topics included housing stock in the state and specifically in West Hartford, the phenomenon of multiple offers far above asking price, availability of rentals, and the possible impact of new projects on the overall market.
Lantz and Hollerbach also provided insight into recent legal action regarding compensation of buyer agents and the overall impact that will have on the industry.
