We-Ha.com To Hold Facebook Live Forum on Constitutional and Legal Issues Related to Current Events

Dallas Dodge (left) and Matt Warshauer will be guests on We-Ha.com's Facebook Live on Jan. 13, 2021.

We-Ha.com has been hosting a recurring Facebook Live forum since March, and this week’s special edition, Wednesday, Jan. 13 beginning at 6 p.m., will feature Matt Warshauer and Dallas Dodge.

Warshauer, a professor at Central Connecticut State University, is a political historian as well as an expert on the U.S. Constitution.

Dodge serves as West Hartford’s corporation counsel.

The discussion will focus on current events, the status of our democracy, and the waning days of the Trump presidency, including the possibility of impeachment, censure, invocation of the 25th amendment, or disqualification – and the ramifications of those actions.

These two experts will weigh in on what options there are for each of the branches, the president and his cabinet.

The event will take place on Wednesday, Jan. 13, from 6-7 p.m. and will be hosted by John Lyons and Ronni Newton.

To be notified when the event goes live, register for the event on Facebook.

The forum will also be carried by West Hartford Community Interactive on cable TV (Comcast channel 5 and Frontier 6098) and YouTube, as well as on multiple Facebook groups.

Dodge and Warshauer will also respond to questions from viewers posted in the Facebook Live comment stream. Questions for consideration can also be emailed in advance to Ronni Newton at [email protected] or posted in the comments below.
