The public is invited to the West Hartford Art League’s opening reception Sunday, Nov. 20, from 2-4 p.m. to view art work accepted the 2016 Members Juried Exhibit, juried by Susan Powell, of Susan Powell Fine Art in Madison, CT.
This exhibit was open to members in all mediums, and is on display through Dec. 18 in the Art League’s two galleries on Buena Vista Road. Awards will be presented at 3 p.m. in the Clubhouse Gallery.
Gallery hours are Thursday through Sunday from 1-4 p.m. The West Hartford Art League is a 501(c)(3) arts organization, open to all artists and art supporters. It was founded in 1934 and offers art classes throughout the year, in addition to monthly exhibits in its two galleries.
