The League of Women Voters of Greater Hartford (LWVGH) is partnering with West Hartford Community Interactive (WHCi) to host a candidate forum for individuals running for the West Hartford Board of Education, scheduled for Monday, Oct. 16, at 7 p.m.

The public is invited to attend the forum, which will be held in Room 314 (legislative chambers) of West Hartford Town Hall. While many of the questions the candidates will respond to have been developed by LWVGH members, the audience will be able to submit written questions for the moderator to pose to the candidates during the forum.

The forum will also be available for viewing on WHCi online and on their YouTube channel. We-Ha.com will also provide a link to view the recording following the event.

The LWVGH notes that it is “a non-partisan organization that does not support candidates or parties. It has been providing voter services for over 100 years following the signing of the 19th Amendment to the Constitution which gave women the right to vote.”
