The West Hartford Chamber of Commerce has announced the 2025 award winners, who will be honored at the annual meeting and spotlight awards event on June 24, 2025.

The awards will be presented at The Chamber’s Annual Meeting & Spotlight Awards on Tuesday, June 24 from 5:30-8:30 p.m. at the Farmington Polo Club. PeoplesBank again returns as Presenting Sponsor. The evening will include a presentation of the awards, the Chamber year-in-review, appointment of new Board of Directors members, as well as dinner and live music.

In addition to eight Spotlight Awards, the Chamber also annually presents two “Beacon” awards. The prestigious Noah Webster Award is given each year to the person, persons or organization exemplifying an extraordinary commitment to the West Hartford community, and the Elizabeth Gustin Basil Women’s Leadership Award, which was created several years ago, honor sthe legacy of the West Hartford Chamber of Commerce’s first woman chairperson. This award recognizes a woman, who through her work, service, and/or philanthropy, has empowered women to advance in business or leadership roles.

• Entrepreneur – LaJune King – BLK STRY Studio and Photos by LJK
• Nonprofit – Jewish Family Services
• Economic Driver – Westfarms
• Legacy – Luna Pizza
• Young Professional – Ryan Young – PeoplesBank
• Chamber Volunteer – Patrice Taffe – Westfield Bank
• Chamber Partnership – Lauren Siegel – Town of West Hartford

 The 2025 Beacon Award recipients are:

• Elizabeth Gustin Basil Women’s Leadership Award – Mary-Jane Foster – Interval House
• Noah Webster Award – John Green – Lux Bond & Green
