The West Hartford Community of Concern, a combined committee of parents from Hall and Conard high schools focusing on mental health, social issues, avoidance of risky behaviors, and substance abuse prevention, is sponsoring an event on teenage anxiety and depression. All in the community are invited.
If you are a teen or young adult who wants to learn about natural solutions to help with these challenges, or are a parent who wants to learn how to help your child, join Lisa Cozzi, health coach and plant-based solutions expert, as she shares her own past struggles with anxiety and depression. Learn how essential oils can provide powerful support of the symptoms to your teen.
The workshop/discussion will take place on Thursday, April 25, at 7 p.m. in the Conard High School Seminar Room.
