West Hartford Mayor Shari Cantor will present her “State of the Town” address to the community on Jan. 26, 2018, providing a look back at the past year as well as her view of the future.
She will take questions from the audience following her speech.
The State of the Town, which also includes a luncheon, will be held in the ballroom of the town’s brand new hotel, the Delmar West Hartford.
“This West Hartford Chamber of Commerce annual event usually sells sold out and is a great place to mingle with business and community leaders and enjoy lunch,” West Hartford Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Barbara Lerner said in a news release.
“The presentation is both engaging and informative for anyone who lives or does business in West Hartford,” Lerner said.
Cantor, a lifelong resident of West Hartford, has been mayor since May 17, 2016. She had been deputy mayor since 2011 and a member of the Town Council since 2004.
The State of the Town luncheon will be held on Friday, Jan. 26, 2018, from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. in the ballroom of the Delamar West Hartford Hotel. More details can be found on the flyer below.
TD Bank is the presenting sponsor of this year’s State of the Town, and Cantor will be introduced by Connecticut Market President Mike LaBella.
Pre-registration is required at www.whchamber.com or by calling the chamber offices at 860 521- 2300
