West Hartford Police Investigating Armed Robbery at Whole Foods

West Hartford Police said an armed robbery was reported late in the evening of Feb. 18, 2022.

West Hartford Police have confirmed that an armed robbery took place at the Whole Foods store at 50 Raymond Road in West Hartford on Friday, Feb. 18, but due to the nature of the investigation additional information is not able to be released at this time.

According to Sgt. Amanda Martin, the armed robbery was reported to police at 11:19 p.m. that day.

Members of the community have posted about the incident on Facebook, but Martin was unable to provide additional details.

She told We-Ha.com that this is a “sensitive and ongoing investigation” and police do not want to compromise that investigation.
