Leadership Greater Hartford elected West Hartford resident Jason Jakubowski to its Board Executive Committee.

Newly-elected Board Secretary Jason Jakubowski has been at the Hospital for Special Care for the past five years, most recently as the Vice President of External Relations. He is responsible for all government, community and public/media relations at the hospital, HSC Community Services and the Manes & Motions Therapeutic Riding Center.

Jason was previously the Director of Corporate and Community Development for Charter Oak State College.

A resident of West Hartford, CT, he received both his BA in Political Science and his Masters in Public Administration from the University of Connecticut.

Leadership Greater Hartford is the most comprehensive nonprofit community leadership organization in the country. It provides leadership training to individuals ranging from high school students to retirees, with community service projects featured in most programs.
