Would you like to live a less cluttered life?

Join the Buried In Treasures Workshop, a free 16-week, self-help and support group for individuals who have too much stuff and want to declutter their lives. Each session will focus on a chapter from the book, “Buried in Treasures.”

This group offers a judgment-free environment for people with hoarding behavior who are ready to make a change. Please call to find out if this group is for you!

Classes will meet every Tuesday from 1 to 2:15 p.m. beginning Sept. 17, 2024, in a meeting room at West Hartford Town Hall, 50 South Main Street.

Attendees will:

  • Gain increased insight and awareness into your patterns of acquiring, saving, and hoarding
  • Receive support from others in a judgment-free environment
  • Develop strategies to de-clutter your home
  • Change problematic acquiring and discarding behaviors

Here’s what participants in past sessions have said: “It was invaluable,” “I learned a lot,” “I felt cared for,” “VERY, VERY helpful,” “The atmosphere was very comfortable,” “I learned that there is a way to achieve changes.”

Registration is required and space is limited. The program is open to West Hartford residents only, and there is no cost to attend.
