The West Hartford Symphony Orchestra Pops Concert will be held on May 21, 2o22.

From singing waiter at JP’s Goodtime Emporium in Hartford to the role of Jean Valjean in “Les Miserables,” Frank Mastrone returns to perform with the WHSO at the orchestra’s annual Pops Concert on May 21.

The performance begins at 8 p.m. at Roberts Theater on the Kingwood Oxford School campus and features Mastrone singing musical theater classics by Rodgers and Hammerstein and Cole Porter from the musicals “Carousel,” “Gay Divorce,” and “Jubilee. General tickets are $20 with senior/student tickets are $15.00 and can be purchased at the door, online at whso.org, or by calling 860-521-4362. Doors open at 7:15 p.m.

The location of Kingswood Oxford is 170 Kingswood Road in West Hartford.
